change "insecure" to "unencrypted"
In several places, the UI mentioned "insecure" sites and pages. It should say "non-secure" instead.

the pref-ssl.dtd changes are now included on the patch in bug 75906
insecure should be changed to unencrypted. details on bug 44042.
Summary: change "insecure" to "non-secure" → change "insecure" to "unencrypted"
The latest patch tackles only one part of the problem. To be completely consistent with the changes to the SSL prefs panel in 75906 and to avoid the use of the vague terms "secure" and "insecure," the wording for these warnings should parallel that in my patch for 44042 (but without the changes to the identifiers). A better solution would be simply to fix bug 44042 on the basis of my patch for it.
