In several places, the UI mentioned "insecure" sites and pages.  It should say
"non-secure" instead.

The latest patch tackles only one part of the problem. To be completely
consistent with the changes to the SSL prefs panel in 75906 and to avoid the use
of the vague terms "secure" and "insecure," the wording for these warnings
should parallel that in my patch for 44042 (but without the changes to the
identifiers).

A better solution would be simply to fix bug 44042 on the basis of my patch for it.
