Apparently our uplift instructions don't work perfectly when a file is completely removed? The uplift failed to delete test-io-data.js, causing the bug failure in bug 871391.

Pushed http://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/e326869275dd as a followup to hopefully fix that.
