The string:
Restart with Add-ons Disabled…

Is translated as:
Επανεκκίνηση σε ασφαλή λειτουργία…

And should be:
Επανεκκίνηση με τα πρόσθετα απενεργοποιημένα...

Hmmmm... Long sentence that stretches the help menu .. Ασφαλης λειτουργία is the same thing and already known to users

I see..
Νevertheless, consider that the same string is translated differently in the pop up menu shown when someone clicks on "Επανεκκίνηση σε ασφαλή λειτουργία...".
One can also check that the same string has several different translations resulting to inconsistency problems: "Επανεκκίνηση με ανενεργά τα πρόσθετα", "Επανεκκίνηση με απενεργοποιημένα τα πρόσθετα", "Επανεκκίνηση σε ασφαλή λειτουργία...", ...

The other inconsistencies  were fixed. This is not an inconsistency but a really long menu string.
