steps to reproduce:
1. Launch marketplace-dev app on your Firefox OS phone
2. Search for the app- "test app (bav1)
3. Try to purchase the app

observed behavior:
Purchasing an app which 10 eurocents fails with "Error Received Bango error"

Purchasing an app which 89 eurocents works fine

the price point of 10 erurocents should still be supported.

This is on the Bango test system.  I've requested that the pricepoints be sync'd between systems.
