steps to reproduce:

1.- open the Marketplace 
2.- Select the option "Settings"
3.- on the screen does not find the option of language only Region 

expected behavior:

the MP must have the language option 


observed behavior:

There isn't a language option in the app MP
I'm going to wontfix this as I'm pretty sure it's a conscious decision.  I'll CC UX though if they want to add anything.

Chris--I think you were talking to me about this last week. Care to give a summary of why we might want to allow the user to change languages in our app rather than change the language on the device level? Thanks!
