Can reqeust are refund within 10 days of purchase only for certain reasons.  These include:

defective, contains malware, is unavailable or otherwise does not perform as stated. 

Please make it clear on the support page that the end user must provide information and specifics about why the purchased content is problematic.  This isn’t a chance to get an easy refund.]   Mozilla, in its sole discretion, shall determine if a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.
