Repro Steps:
1. Update to Unagi Build ID: 20130509070209
2. Change the Language to Polish
3. Download Desert Rescue from the Marketplace
4. Launch the Desert Rescue app

Actual Results:
The application is not localized for Polish.

Expected Results:
All application that will be pre-installed on the device will support all locals that the version supports.

Mark, will you follow up with Developer and determine if/when Polish translations will be available?

The developer converted his app from hosted to packaged with the understanding that that was all that was required to be featured as a installed app. He is not going to happy to learn that there is another requirement and may not be willing to do the work.

Two questions: are we going to remove his app as a pre-installed if he does not do the localization, and is DT willing to pay him to do the work? He's already stripped out all the ads from the hosted version in order to be featured.
