Screenshot of SIM PIN dialogue
When booting the phone, the SIM PIN dialogue appears, but with no field to enter numbers and no on-screen keyboard.
"OK" is greyed out, only option is to close the dialogue.
Build is
Boot2Gecko 1.1.0.0-prerelease

Note: rebooting the phone does not eliminate the problem.

Kadir said he is able to reproduce this and that it's likely a regression in the latest beta build.

Looks like a duplicate of bug 881631, not reproducible on latest v1-train anymore. Marking it as a duplicate for now, feel free to reopen if it is still reproducible.
