Attachment: Remove support for < MSVC10 & Windows SDK < v7

Support for MSVC 8 & 9 has been removed now, and MSVC7 for even longer.

MSVC2010 comes with SDK v7 (and for MSVC2010 express, v7 is the recommended version), so also removes support for < v7.

Time to move on. If someone wants to build an older branch with an older compiler, they can use an older Mozillabuild to go along with it.
