observed behavior:
The new loading screen is very jarring. The loading throbber spins at such a high rate, it can probably generate electricity ;)
OS: All → Gonk (Firefox OS)
Hardware: All → Other
BTW, this is happens upon initialization of Persona -> Persona bug.
