Steps to reproduce:

upgrade to FFox 21.0, then restarted with few tabs already open. then pressed ctlr+w to close one tab


Actual results:

Tab it didn't close, worse a strange space between the Tab i wanted to close appeared and a click on the "x" icon doesn't close the tab.

Add-on issue likely.

1) Try in safe mode:

the problem has gone after i closed ffox. i don't know if it can be reproduced. i'll try and see again. this behavior never happened to me since version 3.0

Random issue, it could happen sometimes.

Tried to reproduce it several times without success. I have used a dirty profile, a clean one and also safe mode.

Marking WFM. 
Please reopen if someone else is able to reproduce it.
