Make sure no submitted apps use the marketplace UUID

Details
We generated a UUID for the marketplace app. Since it's not stored in Marketplace and has no database entry we need some way to guarantee submitted apps don't generate the same UUID.
My thought was to look at the existing blocklisted guids for addons. Or since it's just a single one so far, perhaps just drop this in a settings file and if by chance a submitted app generates this same UUID tell it to generate another one.

Cvan did that so this bug is fixed I guess. (Or invalid?)
