Change of plans in the channel meeting. Lets use this bug to throttle to 5% for over the weekend, and use a new one to completely throttle Monday. (Comment #1 is obsolete).

We discussed this In the Channel meeting & keeping in mind that we will actually be untrottled for technically one business day & the uptake on weekend is generally slow leaving it unthrottled at 5% will closely get us the required ADI over the next few days
