Attachment: Purchase confirmation screen is displayed with only option to purchase via carrier billing, not show the CC option

steps to reproduce:

1.-Open MP app when connected via Carrier network connection
2.-Find a Tier 10(0,99$ or equivalent in .89 €) 
3.-Press "Purchase" button
3.-Persona login page 
4.-Enter a new email address to Persona
5.-create and confirm new Persona password
6.-Create a new Persona password and continue
7.-Create PIN
8.-Create and confirm PIN 
9.-Purchase confirmation screen is displayed with only option to purchase via carrier billing, not show the CC option 


Expected behavior:

in the purchase confirmation page, shows the carrier billing payment option by default and the User also have the credit card option 

Observed behavior:

in the purchase confirmation screen only displayed the option to purchase via carrier billing and not has the credit card option for the minimum price established usd .99 or € 0.89
