Details

Any app's detail page with a rejected or pending review status is inaccessible on new UI on -dev. You don't even get a proper error page - The page is just full of 'Oh No's. This is even after logging in separately to the consumer pages. The app developer(s), reviewers, and of course admins should still be able to see the page - like it is now on prod.
