The Malay (ms) version of the Mozilla Manifesto [1] has one sentence as a separate paragraph that is combined with the previous paragraph in all other locales.

In en-US, the paragraph is:

"As a result of these efforts, we have distilled a set of principles that we believe are critical for the Internet to continue to benefit the public good as well as commercial aspects of life. We set out these principles below."

In the "ms" version, the last sentence ("We set out...") seems to be a separate paragraph:

"Hasil daripada usaha-usaha ini, kami telah memetik segolongan prinsip yang kami yakin adalah kritikal untuk memastikan bahawa Internet terus membawa manfaat kepada aspek kepentingan awam dan komersial di dalam kehidupan.

Prinsip-prinsip ini tertera seperti yang berikut."

Does this sentence need to be in a separate paragraph in this locale, or can it be merged into the preceding paragraph like the other locales?

That was previous sentence in locale ms. After discussion with team, here new sentence you may update and merge into.

"Hasil dari usaha ini, kami juga telah memilih beberapa prinsip yang kritikal dalam dunia Internet untuk terus memberi manfaat sama ada kepada umum atau dalam aspek kehidupan yang komersial. Berikut adalah prinsip yang dimaksudkan."
