Steps to reproduce:

1- Log in to MP;

2- Search for a paid app;

3- Select the CC option to pay and save the CC informations;

4- Buy at least 20 App using the same CC.


Expected behavior:

The user is able to buy without any problem.

Observed behavior:

The error: "payment failed with status 7 (declined), repeat reference=36001024" prompts to the screen.

Checking all possibilities, the likely cause is Low credit amount (pre-paid CC).

Yes Steve, if I'm not wrong (it happened some weeks ago in Spain)it happened because I did have money enough to complete the purchase.

The error meant the card issuer declined the transaction.  The user will not see this verbose error message anymore since the work to normalise the errors message with the ones provided by Mozilla.
