Sometimes I want to remind myself that I need to respond to a bug. I'd like to set needinfo from me on it so it shows up in my lists, but it seems I can't do that presumably because the code that sets it happens before the code that clears it because I just touched the bug.

Should only occur when you are also leaving a comment at the same time you are setting needinfo to yourself. But I can definitely see how this would be useful and we should cover that case. I will update the code to not clear the flag if the flag was just set by the user being requested.

I will try to get to this in the next few days as I need to finish up some things.
