Failed Install
steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the marketplace-dev app on your Firefox OS phone
2. Click the install button for one of the apps listed in the homepage
expected behavior:
App installs are successful
observed behavior:
App install fails with a 404
However, trying to install the app again, succeeds.

Using a brand new app, I could not replicate this on desktop locally using this manifest:
http://wolf6082.testmanifest.com/manifest.webapp
:krupa is checking to see if this error is isolated to devices.

Mine and :krupa's testing has indicated that this is only an issue on devices.

This is the repeated issue, which should have been fixed with bug 871834.
