[B2G][Video] A user needs to switch from the picture mode to the video capture to be able to capture a video, if he is navigated from the "Video" app.

Description:
Clicking on the video recorder icon from the Video apps the user navigates to the camera application with the picture camera mode and he needs tap on the video camera icon to be able to shoot the video.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130515070208
2) Tap on the "Video" app
3) Tap on the video recorder icon

Actual:
The user navigates to the camera picture mode by default

Expected:
The user navigates to the video capture mode, when he is tapped on the video recorder icon
