Attachment: Bug 873444: Implement IAccessibleHypertext2::hyperlinks.

This allows for fetching of all hyperlinks instead of one at a time, which improves performance for a cross-process client.

Sorry. Missed a typo in an assert and didn't think to try a debug build. :( Fixed and confirmed that both opt and debug builds work with a try run.
