I wasn't sure if I'd need an ro user for this db created in bug 863836, but it turns out I do.
Assignee: server-ops-database → scabral
I have made the buildbot_servoro user. (that's the max 16 char limit, so I couldn't put _ro at the end, just ro).

Will send the password under secure cover. Please verify or reopen after testing.
