Saw this on win32 2001-06-21-17 Trunk on my NT box
Steps to repro:
1) Look at the site http://www.wellsfargo.com/ in NS 6.1 (I used )
2) Then go to Netscape 4.7 and look at the same site.
Actual results: On the left side of the page, what look like Tooltip windows
stay up on the page,obscuring links underneath them.
On NS 4.7, these only appear on mouseover for the "Products and servioces" and
"Tools" items.

They're using Layers. In addition, their browser sniffer thinks that NS6.x is
NS4.x. Over to Evangelism.

yup, i've studied that page. the showOne function makes use of the
document.layers dom api to toggle the visibility of the tooltip image. so the
image appears defacto. more analysis to follow.
