Details

There have been some hghooks changes recently that require deployment. Notably is bug 873609, which should hopefully make pushlog run faster.

Per CAB (bug 873663 comment 1) want to find a reasonable time to schedule this pushlog change when all key stake holders can have someone available to verify lack of impact. No impact is expected, based on reviews and comments in bug 873609. What does CAB stand for? Ryan's out until Tuesday, however I'm happy to answer (and watch over during deployment) the tbpl & sheriff parts. I'm potentially away this weekend, so if we're going for before the weekend, no later than midday pacific tomorrow would be ideal for me (I'm utc+1).

I'm travelling tomorrow and busy this weekend, so I won't be around until Monday. I'm not actually an expert on tbpl in any event, I only maintain the hooks+extensions bits, so Ed is more than sufficient to judge the impact there. If you want to schedule this for EDT working hours next week I can be available.
