To support b2g, we need the following repositories created on git.m.o:
    b2g/valgrind.git
    b2g/vex.git

All repos share the same values:
    - full path to repository is as given above
    - all repositories are writeable only by user vcs-sync@m.c and world
      readable
    - no hooks
