874159 - Test suites are not listed in edit mode for the test case

STR:
1) go to manage -> case
2) select pencil icon for test case to edit

Expected: Test Suite is listed
Actual: test suite is not listed

Note:
you have to drop down the test case to see the details that include the test suite.

We really need to have this functionality going forward so in case people forget to do it in the create mode there is an easy way to edit the test case.

Mass-closing remaining MozTrap bugs as WONTFIX, due to 1) the Mozilla-hosted instance being decommissioned (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/TestEngineering/Testrail), and, for now, 2) the still-up code archived at its GitHub page: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap (we'll decide what's next for that, in the near future).
