Details

The presence indicator on the chat boxes is shown only if the sidebar is opened. It should be always visible.
Which presence indicator? Is this something on Facebook's side?

The green icon or the telephone icon, they appear on the chat boxes only when you open the sidebar (and they're updated only while the sidebar is opened).
