I think this is more user friendly. The user could stick around to hear the whole description, or could keep swiping once they heard the name until they find what they are looking for. When it is description first, and the user is navigating through links, they have to wait after hearing "link" for the link name.

f=me. The one thing that could be debated is the fact that the utterance hierarchy order is also put in reverse at the end of the utterance. I personally don't have a problem with it, in fact I find this way most efficient, but I don't know if others will like it, too. Guess only throwing this at our user base will help us find that out.

This has no affect at all on b2g, just when the screen reader is on (which at this point is never). I simply needed approval from someone in that module to add a line.
