steps to reproduce:
1. Launch marketplace-dev app on your Firefox OS phone (latest 1.0.1 build)
2. Click the purchase button for a paid app
3. Sign into persona
expected behavior:
Create PIN flow starts
observed behavior:
User returns to marketplace with "payment failed.." error message
