This bug is for UX spec design only. It is not yet for implementation. The user cannot create a meeting in the Calendar app because inviting other participants is not supported. When the user receives a meeting invitation that has multiple participants, the user cannot see the other participants. There is no reference to participants in the meeting invitation (i.e. when the user create the invite), and there is no option to invite anyone. New UX should cover all of these cases.
