This will clean up a bunch of tests and test more thoroughly. Also we can stop saying 'we should port assert3xx to this codebase' in code reviews.

There is no mention of assertRedirects or assert3xx in webpay. In Django 1.7 you can just specify: fetch_redirect_response=False, so there's no need to worry about this.
