page set up for printing not saved after mozilla closes

Details
I find it rather annoying that every time that I use mozilla, that I have to go
to a page setup to say I am using A4 and I want 1 inch margins. Must be easy to
retctify this.
DUP of 83750, which is marked INVALID....REOPEN if this is not the same
issue.
