Bug 862443 adds in some detection to our validator.  This bug is about writing a script to run all existing apps through the validator to prefill the buchet checkboxes.  There will be some things we can't detect - in that case do whatever is best.  It doesn't have to be perfect.  The next time an app developer uploads a version they will see the UI and can adjust it.

Script done, it's a task for the 'process_addons' management command called 'update_features'.  Note that it will only work for packaged apps, and only cares about the current_version. If current_version is not available (rejected/disabled/etc) it won't process the addon.
