Alina -

I'd like to make sure we've completed the work to close this out.
Do you have any additional questions for Marketplace Apps in E.Me?
Do you have a bug you were using to track?

Hi Caitlin - Apologies for the delay in responding since this bug was initially filed. I haven't spoken to anyone about e.me's activities lately and I have haven't heard about this issue. I haven't seen a privacy bug come through that is tracking this. Could someone file the bug, and could we schedule time to discuss this week?

I'll be OOO for business travel 22 Jul through 01 Aug.

Thanks!
Wil -
Where can Alina see / how can she access the app index data that we share with E.Me?
Did this feed already go through privacy review?
If so I can cancel this bug...

I'm pretty sure she's already seen it. Otherwise: http://firefox-marketplace-api.readthedocs.org/en/latest/

I am not sure that this has large privacy implications as the data that is provided is the same data anyone can see via the marketplace app or scrape from our site, or get from the app itself. We just make it convenient and minimize scraping traffic and performance impact from this on the site itself.

But the docs are the best source - and we can review the data that is supplied if needed.
Alina - Can I close out this bug? Or if you have completed your privacy review on Marketplace API and Marketplace search results showing in E.Me... Can you please close out this bug?

Otherwise please connect with David B asap to finalize any remaining open questions.

Hi Wil - I talked with David today and we have a couple questions to confirm:

* Is the all the data in the export files from published apps and not from disabled apps?

* Could you clarify weekly_downloads - what is this exactly and should the data be available publicly?

Right, bug 905072 excepted.

That is how many times the app has been downloaded in the past week. Publishing publicly is fine - we don't do public stats on the Marketplace yet, but we plan to. We definitely do on addons.mozilla.org.

Added dependency to fix this bug.
Depends on: 905072
the one outstanding bug is now fixed, and this product will be live with FxOS 1.3 (code has shipped)

Alina - Please close this bug with any of your comments as soon as you have a moment!

Thanks muchly!
Caitlin

I'm aware that privacy has reviewed this relationship and has not had time to provide comment.
I'm assuming no issue / concern as this work has since landed in FxOS 1.3.
