Don't know about this one to block or not. Talking with other QAs, we think the severity of this bug is about the same as bug 872925, so that might argue this to tef? Jonas - What do you think?
This should not block. This is simply an effect of the audio policies that we settled on. Specifically this is a result of pausing rather than muting the background audio. When something is played we immediately pause it, and then unpause when the app comes into foreground. Trying to fix this will require a more comprehensive redesign of our audio policies. Bug 872177 will help here a whole lot. It might not eliminate the problem, but it'll make it much better.
Hi, If the game paused itself when it know it is on the background then I think this issue is gone. But if this game is just a web content not web app then maybe we need Bug 872177.
No longer an issue on Gamepack so closing this bug.

(In reply to Karen Ward [:kward] from comment #4) > No longer an issue on Gamepack so closing this bug. That has nothing to do whether the bug should be closed - this is a legitimate gecko bug.

@Jason Smith : Who do you think we should assign this bug to?
I don't think there's anything we should do here for now. Let's work on bug 872177 first instead.
