Description:
When the user activates the speakerphone option during the call, the speakerphone cannot be turned off without ending the call.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130523070210
2) Receive a phone call, and answer the call.
3) While sending audio from the calling phone, tap the speakerphone icon and observe the audio coming from the device.
4) Repeat step 3.

Actual:
The speakerphone icon indicates that it is off, but the speakerphone is still active.

Expected:
The speakerphone icon indicates that it is off, and the speakerphone is inactive.

Environmental Variables:
Occurs on the Inari 1.0.1 commercial RIL device.

This issue is a non-blocking bug for the smoketest, but is still a major issue for the end user wanting to have a private conversation.

Request escalation to Pri 2.

Unable to repro in the Inari 1.1 mozilla RIL or the 1.0.1 commercial RIL.  Will check again on Tuesday.

Already fixed on 5/24.

The bug this one has been duped to is verified fixed, and the last repro attempt failed.  Verifying as duplicate.
