Reproduce steps:
1. Plugin SD card on device and Start FFOS
2. go to Settings->Device information->More information->Developer
3. disable "Remote debuging"
4. Go to Settings->Storage->"Enable USB storage"
5. Enable "Enable USB storage"
6. Use USB cable to connect to a computer
[issue] No storage disk is found on computer

This used to work on build: 20130513070206
