As Movistar Colombia supports similar mechanisms to top-up & check balance as in VIVO, we can provide this functionality to them, having this way a broader target market:
* It is should be same functionality than the one provided to VIVO users, but with some changes depending on the operator
* So depending on the network of each mobile operator, different configuration have to be defined to support the required functionality
* SMS protocol and phone number will depend on operator
* Some operators will only provide top-up via SMS or USSD instead of both
* Each operator will have a different minimum period between check balance via SMS to avoid surpassing its platform performance
* We cannot count SMS sent by the user out of cost control application (it could be avoided if operator provides a dedicated entry point as it happens in VIVO)
* User should be aware of this kind of limitations as they will affect the accuracy of remaining balance
