http://sentry.dmz.phx1.mozilla.com/addons/marketplace/group/14310/ and http://sentry.dmz.phx1.mozilla.com/addons/marketplace/group/14311/ This happened when I try to install a packaged app or download the zip contents. When I tried a few moments later however, the same actions succeeded.
Lacking any more sentry details, I'm duping this to bug 875535.
