## Repro :
1. make a couple of calls w/ some missed calls to the phone
2. launch dialer
3. select call log
4. select missed
5. select the list icon in the upper right hand corner
6. select a number

## Expected :
Select ALL label is in the select all box

## Actual :
if you don't see it disappear try reselecting the specific number.  The select all label disappears.

I noticed a font color difference in there as well.. The missed calls are no longer displayed in red in the newer builds.

What happened is the background image of #select-all-threads covered in front of the text so that we can't see it. After putting off the background I can see the text is still there. But I'm quite confused, how can a background image blocks the content of its child text node? I'm wondering whether it's a Gecko issue.

I found two ways to workaround this problem, they are:
1. Setting opacity of the button to 0.99
2. Setting margin-left of the button from 1rem to 0

Both of them seems quite unrelated to the background. (The first one can be stacking-context related, but after looking the DOM structure, I didn't find any elements stacking on top of the button. Setting z-index of button to a very high value like 99999 doesn't work, either.) In addition, I can't reproduce this problem on both desktop build and Nightly.
Although applying the opacity: 0.99 workaround solves this problem, I think it's better if we can confirm whether this is a Gecko issue.

I'll put on the two workaround files described above and send this bug to General to see if any can help on...

Lowest risk quick fix for 1.1, followup bug for future versions. What's the ETA on this?
