The bld-centos6-hp-* machines use a different management web interface than our other build slaves so automating a web login the usual way (in order to send an IPMI reboot request) fails.
From the kittenherder log:
----
INFO last activity 91 hours
DEBUG recovery=True, should_reboot=True, reachable=False
DEBUG logging into ipmi for bld-centos6-hp-032 at 10.12.52.55
ERROR error during rebootIPMI request [http://10.12.52.55/cgi/login.cgi] [404]
INFO IPMI reboot not successful
INFO should be restarting but not reachable and IPMI reboot failed
----
We should send reboot requests via the IPMI protocol instead of the web interface.

We are not making further improvements to kittenherder and slaveapi already has this capability.
