Tested on inari device with:

Movistar Partner build 5/26

Version 18.0

Prerequisites:
Device language set to English.

STR:
1-Open Mi Movistar app, with no network connection (both data and wifi turned off)

Expected result --> The "You need a connection" message shown in Spanish.

Actual result --> The connection message is shown in English regardless of language set.
