+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #869369 +++ Tested on inari device with: Movistar Partner build 5/26 Gaia 1d3b8cb3daf1fbb33cca0136826f882faab3c91c BuildID 20130524115453 Version 18.0 Prerequisites: Device language set to English. STR: 1-Open Mi Movistar app, with no network connection (both data and wifi turned off) Expected result --> The "You need a connection" message shown in Spanish. Actual result --> The connection message is shown in English regardless of language set.
