I'm not sure if this is the right component, because I don't know what causes the "Your Firefox crashed." email to be sent, but support seems at worst partially related. The text of the email is roughly: > Your Firefox crashed. > We're so sorry. > > Dear Firefox user, > Recently, your Firefox crashed and we're really sorry about that. > ... The particular wording of this email causes the voice trapped inside my head to read these lines sarcastically. I suspect that others may be having similar experiences. I suspect the problem is the use of "so" instead of "very", and the use of "really" instead of "".
I assume this comes from somewhere in Socorro land.

Odd, I ran the email by a lot of people who didn't have this response. Not entirely sure how to proceed here.
If a lot of people had a positive response to the current wording of the email, it's probably safe to assume that I'm in a minority and to resolve the bug WONTFIX.
