Description:
User is unable to install the twitter everything.me app while the hosted app is installed

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130524115453
2) Launch homescreen
3) Swipe to the left to navigate to Everything.me page
4) Select Social category
5) Longpress on Twitter icon to add it to the homescreen

Actual:
 Unable to add, notification "Twitter was already added to Home Screen"

Expected:
 Able to add Everything.me Twitter app to the homescreen

Repro frequency: 100%

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
