Test Case

STR:

1. Load the attached test case
2. Try to dismiss the prompt or select Don't Share or Not Now

Expected:

The user shall be able to dismiss the prompt.

Actual:

The user cannot dismiss the prompt. Additionally, the Don't Share and Not Now options cannot be selected.

Actually ignore this bug. I realize now that's what the old bug was about in bug 876034.
