I should have noticed this in bug 848504 itself, but the shortcut Accel Alt UP/DOWN (Ctrl + Alt + UP/DOWN) is used to rotate the monitor screen in Windows. Thus the selected script does not change.
Summary: Accel Alt UP/DOWN does not works on Windows → Ctrl Alt UP/DOWN rotates the monitor screen on Windows instead of cycling through sources

No, this is the default behavior on Nvidia and built in Intel GFX. So basically should be for almost all the Windows machines.

You can also use UP/DOWN without ctrl.

If you have focus on it, yeah, but not otherwise. I am okay if you guys do not think that this is worth fixing, I do not use the feature at all myself. But *it is* still an issue though.
