Using the latest fx-team (where bug 848504 is fixed)
1) Open any page with multiple scripts
2) Add a breakpoint in one of the scripts (that is neither the first nor the last one)
3) Select a script above the one with the breakpoints
4) Start pressing Down to navigate to the scripts below.
5) You will not be able to go beyond the script with breakpoints.
6) Now select a script below the one with breakpoints, start going UP.
7) Going UP works.
May be fixed by https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=877686#c5.
