Steps to reproduce:

Updated addons and nightly, then restarted. Session Manager was the only updated addon, didn't seem to require a restart. The same thing happened yesterday when Firebug's EventBug updated. Actual results:

Upon attempting restart, Firefox crashes (infinite loop). I manually removed extensions.sqlite and restarted, Firefox then loaded and was told another program wanted to install each add-on I had installed, so no apparent harm done.


Expected results:

Updated nightly should have loaded; Session Manager was already installed without requiring restart.
