Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 SeaMonkey/2.17.1 This bug report was prompted by the discussion in the mozilla.support.seamonkey newsgroup at <news://news.mozilla.org:119/o-mdnUx-7-1JHzzMnZ2dnUVZ_oudnZ2d@mozilla.org>. The following assumes that at lease some crash reports were indeed made for SeaMonkey. 1. In the SeaMonkey URI (address) area, enter about:crashes. 2. Select the Remove All Reports button. 3. Terminate SeaMonkey. 4. Relaunch SeaMonkey. 5. In the SeaMonkey URI (address) area, enter about:crashes. The supposedly deleted crash reports are again displayed. Furthermore, there is no user interface -- working or not -- to deleted selected entries.
I'm going to move this to Toolkit::Breakpad Integration because that's where the crash reporter lives. Also possible DUP Bug 413983 - Need ability to delete dead entries in about:crashes
Component: General → Breakpad Integration
Product: SeaMonkey → Toolkit
Version: unspecified → 20 Branch
This WFM in Firefox, so I don't have any suggestions. The latter part is covered by the bug Philip mentioned.
I can't reproduce this in Firefox. If you can get more information feel free to reopen.
