We need to implement the TODO in function ssl3_ServerSendStatusRequestXtn.

Currently the server code will send the cert_status extension, if any cert status is available.

However, the cert status should be sent, only, if status is available for the certificate that has been selected during the handshake.

An initial patch was provided in bug 866362, however, see bug 866362 comment 18 why this bug isn't yet sufficient.
